Former landfills and industrial sites where waste, chemicals and production residues were fly-tipped constitute a high potential risk as these are contaminated sites. Based on the dynamics of the toxic elements in the minerals that were fly-tipped, one must suspect a contamination of the soil, the groundwater and the air.
